hallo! just thought i would create a blog for my exchange in Netherlands. so here will be where i post about my happenings(or unhappenings) there and yay get to upload pics here.
today is exactly 1 month away from my flight. wooo.. feels rather exciting!
sorry if again i had created a really cheesy blogname. among some regretful ones were boredblogblogger (or smt), potatoesloveme and imustlovepotatoes.
luckily for you, ilovepotato was unavailable. HAHA.
there are some random stuff about Netherlands i found out lately...
Dutch people are the tallest in Europe.
They sound like answering machines on phones. They speak without a pause in their sentence. (hence my misunderstanding. i wanted to wait for a 'Dooooo..t' at the end of the sentence when I realised it's actually a real person talking to me. "Hallo?")
Their English sounds like Dutch but really, they are speaking in English. just the kind different from you and me speak.
Written Dutch looks like typo. well, sometimes.
