The most happening thing (after carnaval) that happened in eindhoven. a car race just outside the school!

giant sausages fr hema, this is how you cook bloemkemsomething. (p.s/was surprised to know dutch cuisine do exist! and it's not mashed potatoand pea soup. btw touched by my grpmates effort to cook it fr scratch(: )
This is it! Traditional way of eating it: Dig a hole in your mash like a volcano, pour in the gravy, stack the sausage on top and Enjoy!
